At CloakDots, privacy is not a compliance checkbox — it is the founding premise. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We hold ourselves to the same standard we build our products around: your data belongs to you.
1. Digital Commerce Guild
("we", "us") operates cloakdots.com. We are registered in the Netherlands at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK-nummer: 94972036) and subject to Dutch law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. There are three, and this is all each one takes:
- Email updates. Your name, your email address, and the date and time you gave your consent.
- General enquiries. Your name, your email address, what your message is about, and the message itself.
- Partnership and investment enquiries. Your name, your email address, and your note.
Your details are held by Mailjet, our email provider, who process them on our behalf under GDPR. Enquiries also arrive in the mailbox of the person who answers them. We keep no separate database of our own.
3. Why we collect it
To send you the project updates you asked for, and to answer the message you sent us. We use your details for nothing else. Asking us a question never adds you to our mailing list — that happens only if you tick the box that says so.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell, share, or monetise your data. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural analytics, or third-party advertising tools on this site. We do not collect biometric data of any kind.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at stealth@cloakdots.com. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

6. Data retention
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your message and to keep a record of what was agreed. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
